Rosalind "Rosie" Cartwright (Eliza Taylor-Cotter) is a member of the first generation of The Sleepover Club.
She moved from England to Australia with her dad and her brother Will, who is wheelchair-bound. They are both protective towards her and worry about her after the tragic death of her mother. She lives in a big house near the beach. She wants to be a journalist, like her father.

Rosie is kind and friendly and she comes up with many crazy and brilliant ideas. She isn't presumptuous although her family is rich.
